D3 ° Siem Reap / Angor Wat

b

Angkor Wat day. Full-day trip to the magnificent Angkor Wat with TukTuk’s. But today we are passangers!

D4 ° Siem Reap - Kampong Khleang - Siem Reap

105km ° b,d

In the morning we pick up our TukTuks and drive to Kampong Khleang floating village on Tonle Sap Lake. The marina is a little over 50km from Siem Reap.

D5 ° Siem Ream - Sisshopon - Battambang

164km ° b,d

On the way to Battabang is the city of Sisophon. It is an authentic Cambodian small town without the tourist crowds. Our destination for the day Battambang itself is known for its relaxed atmosphere and colonial architecture. One of the city's attractions is the Bamboo Train: The legendary "nora", a motorised wooden platform that runs on old railway tracks. At sunset, you can visit the Phnom Sampeau Bat Cave, where millions of bats fly out at sunset!

D6 ° Battambang - Pramaoy

156km ° b,d

On the way to Pramaoy, you will pass near the city of Pailin, which was formerly known for its gemstones. The road starts to climb here, and the landscape becomes greener and hillier. As you approach Pramaoy, the landscape changes dramatically. Pramaoy is the gateway to one of the largest preserved rainforest areas in Southeast Asia.

D7 ° Pramaoy - Khemarak Phouin

134km ° a,p

The journey between Pramaoy and Khemarak Phoumin passes through the magnificent Cardamom Mountains. This route, especially Highway 155, is one of the most beautiful and untouched driving routes in Cambodia.

D8 ° Khemarak Phouin

0km ° b

Free day, waterfall day, beach day, city day… or feel free!

D9 ° Khemarak Phouin - Sihanoukville

233km ° b,d

The journey from Khemarak Phoumin to Sihanoukville passes through some of the most magnificent natural areas in Cambodia. The route largely follows Highway 48, which crosses the southern parts of the Cardamom Mountains. This is also the longest driving day of our adventure. But the road is in good condition and the travel time with breaks is 6-7 hours. Not bad.

D10 ° Sihanoukville - Kirirom NP

167km ° b,d

As you leave the industrial areas of Sihanoukville, the landscape changes to a typical

Cambodian countryside. Especially at the end of the rainy season (October-November), the

rice fields are dazzlingly green. The magnificent Kirirom National Park is famous for being one of the few places in Cambodia where wild

pine forests grow. The air cools down considerably as you climb up.

D11 ° Kirirom NP - Phnom Penh

122km ° b,d

The journey continues to the end of our journey in Phnom Penh, the dazzling capital of Cambodia, if it is sometimes difficult to remember that we are still in Cambodia! In the evening, our final dinner on the waves of the Mekong!

D12 ° Phnom Penh

The miracles of Phnom Penh. King’s Palace and Silver Pagoda where the floor is covered in over 5,000 solid silver tiles are kind of 'must see’. And if you want to experience more heavy things then Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum & The Killing Fields. These are emotionally heavy but essential visits to understand Cambodia's resilience following the Khmer Rouge regime.  In the evening, our final dinner on the waves of the Mekong

D13 ° 26.1.2027 Phnom Penh - Bangkok

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

What makes this tour different from a motorcycle tour?

The third wheel! On this adventure you ride with 3 wheels and 236cc and your driving gears are t-shirt, shorts and sunglasses! A big difference is also that in Cambodia you can drive with a B-class driving license for cars. No motorcycle driving license needed! A TukTuk tour is also more relaxed and more interactive with locals. And it’s also one of the most memorable ways to explore South-East Asia!

What makes this tour special?

Cambodia and Cambodians. This is a very friendly and safe country. And definitely Angkor Wat, which is a unique and huge historical area. One of the most special historical sites in the whole world. Rural countryside, jungle, cardamom mountains and traditional villages.

What are the roads like in Cambodia? We drive on paved roads and most of the trip in rural areas. In Cardamom mountains we will have a lot of small mountain roads. Traffic is light outside the cities. Actually only place where you see heavy traffic is Cambodia capital Phnom Penh.

Do I need motorcycle experience to join?

No, no motorcycle experience is required. If you can drive a car, you can drive a TukTuk. It’s very easy to handle. And before we hit the road, you will have full instructions by the rental shop team how everything works. You will also get before the tour a video which includes all about you TukTuk. All you need is a sense of adventurous humor and a flexible mind.

Is this tour right for me?

While no motorcycle experience is required, this tour requires still a good skill to read traffic. Traffic in South East Asia is more creative than in Europe or North America. Also the rules are more flexible, so some year of car driving experience is needed.

How heavy tour is this?

This is a 2/5 tour when it comes tho heaviness. This is an easy-going trip and the length of the days depend a lot on how many stops for what ever reason we have during the day.

Can I share my Tuk Tuk?

Yes, definitely if you want, and even with 2 friends. Back seat is good for 2. Cambodian TukTuks are a bit bigger than in Sri Lanka and there is also more space for luggage.

What happens if something goes wrong during the trip?

We are in Asia, so it’s easy to get help. Locals are just happy to help you. For small technical issues there is a ‘first aid package’ in every TukTuk for the TukTuk. If there is some bigger issue, there is a repair shop in every village.

Can I book this tour privately?

Yes, we can organize this tour for your own group during months 11-4. Dates and details can be customized. Ideal for friends, clubs, or company trips.
